 Güneş Terkol finds inspiration in her surroundings, collecting materials and stories that she incorporates into her collaborative sewing pieces. For the Biennale Arte 2024, she worked with two collectives, CO.GE.S don Lorenzo Milani and Casa Punto Froce, in a feminist workshop to create the textile banners leading up to the performance. These distinctive fabric banners will be carried through the streets of Venice in an empowering parade until they reach the Corderie of the Arsenale, where they will be displayed for the duration of the exhibition.
